can't see a user account in assignee drop list

Hi everyone

I have set up assignable user permission for the specific role , which I assigned a user to this role in setting>people, but when I want to assign a task which already created I can't see this user in assignee drop list, but when I start creating task in create window which comes after clicking on blue button on top of the screen I can see the full list of assignable users which I granted permission. I think It's a bug which needs to be addressed. any thoughts?

plus I used permission help assistant in system everything is ok. and users all logged in.

Hi @[deleted] Just to confirm does the user have Browse project permissions on the project or he is a member of the role which is associated to the Browse projects permission.

sometimes if user does not have a Browse project permission we can't assign issues to that users

Hi @Sagar Mahajan yes for sure they have browse project permission as well.
