can't view or edit the board

when i login to our JIRA cloud i can't see the board of any projects moreover i can't change the status of any issue it appears there is some issue when fetching data from the server it keep showing me 400 and 401 and some of errors in CSS and scripts !

You do not have access to those projects as you can not see Project setting.

Make sure that you have access to the project, you need to ask project admin or Jira admin to give you access. Or there is some specific setting on your permission scheme which limits users to browse projects.
