our internal team looks after a few different clients, however we want to operate from one agile board (to track capacity etc better). That said, we dont want clients to be able to see other clients issues etc - is there a way to provide certain views to certain clients keeping everything on one board ?
Hi Stuart,
I assume that your clients have access to this board? Are you keeping the issues for different clients in different or the same project?
If you use different projects, project permissions set to only allow one client to see/browse his project will do. If you use the same project, you can use a security scheme on issues.
This is not an easy topic:

Yes , we can give the client access to our board. Our team is a consultancy so our developers are on our premises, and the clients are in separate offices) We work on the different clients - but want to keep all the cards/issues on one board to track things better
so it sounds like i need use a security scheme - to stay on one board. Im a bit of a novice on Jira so is this a very difficult route to follow ?
