You do not need the help of partners to done this issue.

You need to write to the Atlassian support and say that you want to end your subscription. However, you need to know that for an annual payment you will not be refunded

If you have a monthly subscription, then earlier you could do everything yourself:
1) Take away licenses from all users
2) Disable the card in billing settings

That's all, you have 0 users and there is no way to pay. However, I still advise you to write to support, since you have a subscription, you have such an opportunity

But how to do it if I just want to cancel 1 license out of 3 licenses?
