cannot log in after ad certificate change

THe active directory LDAPS certificate was renewed.

Installed the new certificate, intermediary and root CA certificate in local Machine Trusted root certificates but still cannot log in. with error "Sorry, a communication error occurred while trying to contact the remote authentication server."

Hi George, it seems you have to update your credentials in JIRA. Access using your JIRA System Administrator user (a user from the internal directory) and check your active directory configuration.
