cannot start a sprint.

I have project admin permission. I have moved an issue from a sprint in project A to project B before starting the sprint in project A.

Now I cant start the sprint in project A even though I have project admin permission.

Project Admin permission does not provide the rights to Start a sprint.  Depending on your JIRA version, you will either need to have "Schedule" and "Edit" permissions OR "Manage Sprints" permmission.
