cant enable the backlog

im about to give up on Jira.... im trying to enable the backlog in a team managed project, but the features tab (where that should be) is returning a blank screen

Atlassian support is slow as a wet week, im trying to get my business to fall in love with the product, but this is killin me!

I am sorry to hear about this problem. I have a few questions.

1) Is it still persisting?

2) Have you opened a ticket with Atlassian? If so, if you can share the number, we can try to escalate it also from here.

3) Is this the case with all team-managed or just one project?

I don't think this is the case for you but a resource I recommend for people is to check also the Atlassian Status page to make sure there isn't some problem reported - https://status.atlassian.com/
