Hi,

I've renamed my business and would like to change the URL address of my Cloud instance. For example: change "oldsite.atlassian.net" to "newsite.atlassian.net"

Is this possible without having to build a new site and importing?

Please check this documentation. There's different approaches for Confluence and JIRA:

What Renato is telling you very gently is "No". You need to build a new site and import.
