Hi,

Can I change the name of the web site, for example "othername.atlassian.net" instead of "firstname.atlassian.net"?

No.  The domain names are fixed.  You can migrate to a new one - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html

You can also rename your site, but that won't change the url it lives on.
