I have been working with a templeate (general Service Project) for a few months.
Now I create a new service desk with the tempelate for IT Service Managamenet and its the one that I wnat to use. The right menu is great.
Can I change of templete of my actual service desk of templeate.

The templates are only used when creating a project. Once a project is created you can not apply a template. You can however update everything so it is like the template that you setup. You can create queues, workflows, request types to match. The easiest thing to do would be to create a new project with the template you like and move the issues from one project to the next.
