Hello,

Our client email expired some weeks ago and after reconvering it, it is not receiving any of the automatique emails sent by the atlassian.net email adress.

Is there a way to access the atlassian email adresse to make sure the emails are sent and to investigate where these emails are being blocked ?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi @Naoufel El Amrani

I would recommend reaching out to your site-admin.  Site-admins now have the ability to review sent email from Jira Cloud sites to see if the recipient received the message or if it was blocked by the destination SMTP server.

Admins can do this by going to Settings > System > Admin email audit

The URL will look something like this https://[yourcloudsite].atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/notification-logs

From there an admin could clear the suppression or learn more about the nature of the block.   If this is still a problem, I'd recommend having the admin create a support case with Atlassian in https://support.atlassian.com/contact so that we can investigate further.

Hi @Naoufel El Amrani

Atlassian will at times blacklist an email address, often if it's bouncing a lot.  The only way to have them check and unlist it is to ask support.  I'll mark this question for support to take a look for you.
