vous obtiendrez plus de réponses en anglais, la majorité de la communauté étant anglophone 
Pour répondre à votre question, le backlog est constitué des fiches non encore assignées dans un sprint. Donc si vous avez JIRA Software (nommé JIRA Agile avant JIRA 7), votre backlog sera composé des fiches déjà créées. Vous n'avez pas explicitement besoin de créer le backlog.
