config.bat can't save the change

When i run the config.bat to config the database, the test connection is ok,but i can't save the change.There is an error:

An error occured while writing XML file '.../conf/server.xml'. java.io.fileNot Found Exception:...\conf\server.xml(Access is denied)

I don't know how to solve the problem.

It's the permissions on the file or directory as I said before. You need to look at those.

You have the wrong ownership and/or permissions on part or all of the installation directory - this is either stopping the process accessing the file or it's preventing it's creation in the first place.

Work through the installation directories and make sure they are fully owned and read/write/execute/delete allowed for the user that Jira will be running as.
