configure field layout in the create issues view

Hi, 

In the "create issue" screen > Can I change the order of the fields? 

I want all the required fields* will appear in the upper section of this page.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project. That information displays at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project.

Are you a Project Administrator for the project or an administrator for the full Jira system?

The answer to those questions will determine if you have enough permissions to make this change, and we can then advise you on the specific steps for making the changes, as those would be different for the two types of projects.

You can rearrange fields from Screens. You can navigate to Project setting > screens. Here you can open required screen and rearrange your fields.
