I like to use the new Mac App to connect to our company JIRA, which is installed on-premise. I could not figure out, how to do that or if it even is possible. We are not using https, but http with some secure API, like http://x.z.y:8080/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=22&view=detail&selectedIssue=xxx
Can someone give me insight on this.
Thanks, Ronald
Hi @Ronald Steinhau , the Jira Cloud for Mac app is only available for cloud instances.
Will that change in the future? Is there a particular reason for that? I really would love to work with the desktop app against our company JIRA.

A pity it is not usable with on-prem instances :(

Hi,
Could You please provide more details? What mean 'new Mac App'? And what mean 'connect'?
You would like make some 'Application link' https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/using-applinks-to-link-to-other-applications-938846918.html ?

I am referring to the JIRA Mac OS desktop app - and I would like to use that app against our company in-house JIRA server, which is not in the public cloud. Will that be possible in the future?
