Would it be possible to to pull in a webpage (graph/table refreshes) into a frame in a Jira gadget?
Or convert a webpage to an image and then pull it into a text gadget in Jira?

You could use the Text Gadget to include a page as an iFrame on a Dashboard.This Gadget isn't enabled by default as detailed in Gadgets for Jira applications .
