could I export jira project issue schema ？

I want to copy a project schema (include issue type,workflow,screen setting) to another jira server .what should I do?

You may want to try the add-on Project Configurator for JIRA.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use an add-on, best way is to back-up your instance, then restore the project from that back-up into another instance.
