Hi folks,

Thanks for the quick reply. Seems my comment wasn't published. sad

Here is the issue: We need to count the times an issue is Reopened or Rejected, and is transitioned to another status. We don't want to use the misc-custom-fields neither enhancer add-ons.

Is there any other easy way different to add a hidden counter field?

Thanks,

Carlos.

Sadly this is not an out of the box feature. There are plugins that can accomplish what you are looking for, but it isn't a quick fix with vanilla JIRA.

Sorry,

It depends on how you define "REOPENED" in your JIRA instance. If you have the REOPENED status, it's just a simple JQL of "Status = Reopened" or you could you use the "WAS" operation like "Status WAS Closed"

If you have a status that is "Reopened" you can use the JQL status="Reopened"

Is this applicable, or do you not have a status of "Reopened"?

Hope this helps!
