As an alternative, try out Recurring Checklists and Report add-on. The app will help you to create a  template with three parameters in the Acceptance Criteria field and control their implementation.

Hey! I’d recommend to use Smart Checklist plugin to setup templates for acceptance criteria. You can associate a template with certain issue type(s) and you can choose the status of each criterion (e.g. “Done” or “Failed”). There are several examples here that you could check. Smart checklist is available both as cloud and Server/Data Center versions.
