We have requirements gathered in Confluence for the ramp-up of a JIRA project. Can a project be generated from Confluence with the required Issues, etc? If not, can Issues be imported from Confluence into a project already created in JIRA? Fairly new to this software and I'm not finding anything that details this. Thought I'd ask before exhausting this request.
Hi Kristin,
You can create issues in JIRA through Confluence. You'll have to setup an application link between both systems. Please take a look at the following article:
Use JIRA applications and Confluence together

Thanks Bruno, this is helpful. I'll do some testing with this (I'd actually found this yesterday and was hoping for a real time syncing solution - where new issues could be added to keep JIRA populated) but this will cut some time out of the process. Thank you.
