Currently we use Cloud Jira Service Desk for our ticketing system.
Our customers create the tickets by email.
Now I want to create a task management project, where our customers will create the tasks by sending emails. Is there such option in any Jira template?

You can certainly create issue within any Jira project by setting up an incoming email handler. Go to Jira settings > System > incoming email
pulling the discussion back into this thread....

I ran a test and a task was created.

I tried that, using an atlassian email account and our company email account.
None of it worked; do you know if anything more in terms of configuration is needed?
