did i really lose all my data per their data policy? I need to reactivate and cannot lose our data! Help!
Restoring your data can be done by our excellent support engineers (depending on how long ago you instance was deactivated. If it was too long ago then we will have purged our backups of your data as per the restrictions of the privacy policy).
To find out if we still have your data and can restore it please make a request to: http://support.atlassian.com/. The sooner the better.
