csv file with hyperlink

We currently use csv files to create multiple issues in Jira cloud. 
Is there a way to import the csv file that contains a hyperlink?
We would like to see it in the description field, unless we need to place it somewhere else.

Using double-quotes around non-trivial fields (or all fields) is the way to do it, as documented here.

I created a simple test CSV file:

Summary,Description
"LMGTFY","Let Me Google That For You: https://lmgtfy.app"

Importing it seemed to work fine:

[John Funk]
