tdaniel July 10, 2022

I want to create a filter and link it up with a project, on the JQL page,

I entered project = ,, this display some of the projects on my Jira but the main project I want to link it to is not coming up on the populated list. What can I do for the project to show on the list so i can create a filter for it?

Hi @tdaniel , Please check the permission of the particular project. If you have browse project permission or not.

Thanks @priym I have admin and Member permissions for the project. I have added normal filters, but want a more customized filter that I can use to list out the order of issues according to their priority.

if you start typing the project name does it appear? If you enter the project key does the filter work? If not go to the all projects page and see if it is in fact available.

@Jack Brickey when I type the project name it does not appear, but 3 out of 6 other projects appear on the list, I have the same permissions across all those other projects. This are a mix of team managed project and company managed project.

Can you access the project from the Projects screen?
