We create step on jira with name Triaging ,can we get duration time between triaging and in progress ,if we change status from triaging to in progress ?
Hello @hendri juniari
You can try Time between Statuses.
This add-on generates a report about duration time between statuses. In your case between triaging and in-progress statuses (or those you have chosen). You can also export data in XLSX or CSV files.
I hope you find it helpful
Best regards, Mariana
Hi @hendri juniari ,
Unfortunately, the report you are looking for is not built-in inside Jira.
Our team at Bloompeak developed Status Time app for this exact need. Once you enter your working calendar into the app, it takes your working schedule into account too. That is, "In Progress" time of an issue opened on Friday at 5 PM and closed on Monday at 9 AM, will be a few hours rather than 3 days. It has various other reports like assignee time, status entry dates, average/sum reports(eg. average in progress time per project).
Here is the online demo link, you can see it in action and try. Hope it helps.

Hello @hendri juniari ,
If you are using Jira Software, the Control Chart that is available as a part of Kanban Boards might help. You can get report of time your issues spent in each column of your board.
Control Chart is a high level solution and will give you an overall picture of things. I think it is a little hard to work with since:
Even so, if might be enough if you just need a high level picture of things.

For a ready built solution that offers great fexibility and details, our team at OBSS built Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira app. It is available for Jira Server, Cloud and Data Center.
Time in Status allows you to see how much time each issue spent on each status or assigned to each assignee as well as entry/exit dates for all statuses. You can calculate averages and sums of those durations grouped by issue fields you select. (For example see the average InProgress time per project and per issuetype). You can also combine statuses into consolidated columns to see metrics like Age, Cycle Time or Lead Time.
The app calculates its reports using already existing Jira issue histories so you don't have to modify your workflows and when you install the app, you can get reports on your past issues as well.
Using Time in Status you can:

Hi @hendri juniari ,
You can use Time to SLA to satisfy your requirement.
Time to SLA works with Jira Software, Core, and Service Desk projects.
Just define an SLA that starts with the status Triage and end with "In Progress". Choose your SLA Goal as you wish and you're done.
After this, you can use this SLA to see how much time you spent until the issue transitions to In Progress when the issue transitioned to the SLA start and end statuses by using the TTS reporting functionality.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,
Gökçe

there are addon 'time in status' options you can search the marketplace for those. Or, you could consider creating a unique SLA (triage time) and set it to say start when created and stops when issues enter In Progress (or other statuses, e.g. waiting for customer, etc).
