delete Addon user created

I tested an app on jira cloud and later uninstalled it. 
The app is successfully uninstalled but the Add-on user created is still an agent in the project. How can i remove this user without deactivating atlassian-addons-project-access

Have you tried Project settings -> Apps and disabling it there if still present?

Can you please share the name of the addon and how it is still present (screenshot)?

Please also share how the add-on is still present in the project. If you have uninstalled it from app management (Apps -> Manage apps), it should no longer be present, as apps cannot be disabled in a project unless they allow it.
