deny access for sysadmin in Folio

since we store project budgets and rate in Folio, we want to restrict access only for people in top management group. they all have "admin" access to JIRA. the other problem is, that also system administrator also have this access in JIRA. is there an option to deny access for him, being in JIRA administrators group? if not, what are the workarounds?

Hi Andrey,

In FOLIO we have 3 permission groups:

The folio viewers: Have access in read mode only and the cost rates are blurred.

By default these are based on whom can see the JIRA saved filter used as the folio's scope

It can be overriden in the folio's configuration under the permissions tab.

The folio administrators: Have access in read and write mode and see all data.

By default only the owner is an admin

You can add more again via the folio's configuration under the permissions tab

The FOLIO (add-on) super administrator: Have access to all folios and portfolios as an admin

(This was added to be able to recover orphan folios and portfolios)

By default no one is a super FOLIO administrator

This can be changed in the add-ons/FOLIO/Permissions

So basically in FOLIO the JIRA administrators do not have access to any folios.
