Strange behavior:
I added the system field "due date" to a screen that is attached to project A's layout in the Details section, not in the Hide when empty section.
The due date field will not display for me, why?
All other fields are displaying correctly
I figured it out, it is because my permissions say only Product Owners can schedule tickets, i.e. set the due date....

Can you provide screen images of the Layout and the screen where you are not seeing the field?
