duplicate ticker closing

I have a multiple ticket for similar issue.Please confirm if we have any option like parent child so that i can close all the tickets in on go.

If these issues are created as sub-tasks, then this indicates a "parent - child" link. There is also a way to link tickets together (duplicates, relates to, etc) but that doesn't implicitly allow you to close them all, it just makes it a bit easier to click through.

You can 'bulk edit' issues which can let you transition multiple issues at the same time, based on a query (such as 'summary ~ server owl is down'). You can read more about bulk editing and the associated permissions to do so here: Bulk Edit

You can add a label to these similar issues... Whenever you create a new issue you can add an appropriate label. Now you can search issues with labels, and with bulk edit, you can close them all at once
