eMail notification not reveived

Hi,

I am getting some troubles with email notification, specially when I create account, the automatical email notification is sometimes not sent, so I have to manually defined the password and send it by mail to the new user.

And when I check the email queue, email are stuck into a queue.

Ho can I resolve this problem ?

Thank you for your response. Is it possible to do this procedure when our Jira is on the cloud ?
