I downloaded eazyBI 4.7.3, and generated license from Atlassian site.
I installed/configured eazyBI successfully, but when I access eazyBI from browser, it says "Missing or invalid license information".
Do I need to get license from EazyBI other than Atlassian to make it work?

Can you verify the license status by going to Manage add-ons --> Expand the specific add-on --> Check for the license status.
The license would be sufficient if it was generated from the Atlassian. By the way, are you trying trial version or paid version?

I'm seeing the same issue with a Developer License that corresponds to a recently purchased 5000 user Data Center instance add-on. Any ideas on how to resolve?

You could try disabling/enabling the eazyBI app via Jira administration.

As @Rambabu Patina _Appfire_ already mentioned, The license would be sufficient if it was generated from the Atlassian.
