If i mentiond one person in Jira like @Binu.v@entomo.co , i am not receving email. Please help me to get the mail notification from Jira

The user may have been backlisted by Atlassian during the signup process. Open a support ticket to have them check:

Most of the customer facing a problem like they are not receiving any email.
