This might be a really silly question.
But where do I see incoming emails?
I can see email has been setup on Jira (cloud instance).
I can send from my email system (delivery receipt is confirmed) but I cant see them on the Jira system.
Thank you for coming back to me. I already have the below in incoming mail settings. I might not be explaining myself too well so apologies.
I have sent an email to this address (and it gets delivered but I cant see the details of the email anywhere on Jira.

Hi @Gareth Miskelly NSSO you can setup incoming email , to get issue created via email. You can see the email in created issue only.
