Hi, I started to get this error message below.
My Jira admin don't know why it started to appear.
The only way to overcome this is to create the issue from the [+] button on the far most left menu and set the security level to the current project on each issue I create, otherwise I can't see issues created using the (+) button under the backlog or the issues I create through other third party tools.
