export accounts with details Job Title, Department and Based in

I am trying to understand if I could use Jira users for lightly managing the people from business/operations perspective rather than Jira administration.

I am trying to understand if I could export from Jira the list of accounts with the information under "More details" of the account. I noticed that the information such as Job Title, Department and Based in can be inserted for each Atlassian user account, but I could not find how to export a full list of accounts in excel with the mentioned details inside.

Basically I would need a list of users (Atlassian users) with all the information recorded on each Atlassian user account, including Job Title, Department and Based in
