fields drop down not showing when adding or amending transition validator

I'm trying to amend add new field validator.  It will allow me to press the add validator field but the drop down menu where I expect the fields to be do not show.

I have tried in both edge and chrome. I've logged out/in, i am a site wide administrator.  I have also tried to update the original workflow and make a copy of the work flow but issue persists

I'm closing this down, i tested on home computer with a more up to date browser and it works.
