Hi @Indrasenareddy k and welcome to the Community!

That is not really the case. Sprints are created from "a board", but are available across your entire Jira instance. They get associated with work items (formerly known as issues) in Jira through the Sprint custom field.

Boards let you manage work items from one or multiple Jira projects, which they pull in through a board filter. If you have multiple boards with similar board filters, work items can appear on multiple boards as a result. In the boards backlog, all sprints associated with work items in scope of the board filter become visible, even if they were created originally from a different board.

With that in mind, you cannot know for sure which boards a sprint is displayed on. What you can do, is search for all work items linked to a certain sprint:

Sprint = "Sprint 5"

should return a list of all the items in that sprint. From their key, you can already quite easily determine which projects they are in and from there narrow down on the boards associated with those projects.

As a best practice recommendation, be a bit considerate about the way you name sprints in your organisation. If you include a reference to the team / board / project they relate to, it becomes much easier to find out where they belong.

Hope this helps!
