forge tunnelling not picking up localhost

I'm trying to develop my forge app using while tunnelling, the localhost react app is running but the app is not tunnelling into the atlassian site

Hi @Victor Amadi

Did you run "forge deploy" cmd before forge tunnel? Forge deploy is needed in case there were changes in manifest. Before that you also need to install the app on the instance by running "forge install" cmd.

I would also recommend posting your question on the Atlassian Developer Community at https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ for assistance with this type of topic.

Yes I did all of this, and thank you I got confused thinking this was the  developer community site, I will post the question over there now.
