Jira works great internally, but when we try to access it via our portal site, we get server not found errors when displaying the dashboard gadgets.
Hi Nancy, from the description it looks like the problem is related to the port forwarding configuration in your firewall. Could you by some chance test on that? Please contact your IT department as they are better suited to help you with similar issues.
