Hi @임제희

Welcome to the forum!

I would recommend Tempos time tracking apps for companies where time logging is important.  Easier to log the work and to report on time logs. They offer this functionality in three apps with different features and pricing, Check out:

Time tracker Lite

Time tracker

Timesheets

Very good vendor with a solid track record. If I were you I would start a trial (all apps are on free trial for 30 days)  on Time tracker Lite to get to grips with what they can offer you.

best of luck

/Lisa

Hi,

it is not possible to get a list of all individual worklog entries of issues with the default export function of Jira.

You could use 3rd party apps, such as: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/294/time-tracker-jira-time-reports-project-dashboard-tempo?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

Alternatively, you can use the REST API to export the work logs in JSON format: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issue-worklogs/#api-rest-api-2-issue-issueidorkey-worklog-get
With a simple script, you could export the work logs and convert them into a table format.

Hi @임제희

Welcome to the community!

You might consider using time-tracking apps that in most cases have a customizable report of tracked time on issues.

I can recommend our Clockwork Automated Time Tracking & Timesheets Pro, or Free app which offers you the possibility to review timesheets and create reports that can be configured in various ways using break-down and filtering options.

Using timesheets, you can create a report and filter it based on several options including, issue types, labels, or other fields. You can choose a range for a whole year and break down the data by chosen fields. This information can be also exported to Excel files.

Please find below the sample of how the timesheet looks like:

Hi @임제희 ,

While Jira offers basic time tracking, it doesn't have a built-in feature to provide the detailed worklog list by issue that you're looking for. The native reporting options are limited, and extracting this specific information in the format you desire can be challenging.

If you want to easily generate worklog lists with details like issue ID, name, worker, date, time, and activity, the Time & Cost Tracker for Jira add-on is a great solution. It provides comprehensive Time Reports that can be customized and exported to Excel.

Here's how it works:

  1. Install Time & Cost Tracker for Jira.

  2. Generate a Time Report:

    • Apply filters to select the specific projects, issues, or users you want to include in your report.
    • Choose the date range for the worklogs you want to see.
    • Select the relevant columns for your report, including Issue ID, Issue Summary (name), Worker, Worklog Date, Start Time, End Time, and Worklog Comment (activity).8a54c6a2-b6bb-407f-ac43-858d2fc01c73.png
  3. Export to Excel:

    • Click the 'Export' button and choose the Excel format.
    • You'll get a neatly formatted spreadsheet with all the worklog details organized by issue, making it easy to analyze and share.

With Time & Cost Tracker, you can quickly generate the precise worklog lists you need, streamlining your time tracking analysis and reporting processes.

Let me know if you'd like more information or help with setting up your reports!

Hello @임제희

You can export your tickets with all fields and then modify your document to keep only the desired fields.

When you do this, the time is displayed in seconds (you can divide it by 3600 to convert it into hours), and the user ID will be shown instead of the name. You can run a script to replace the IDs with names, or use Excel's "find and replace" feature.

Let me know if this is what you're looking for.

Take care!
