getting an error when trying to invite somebody to my team

Hi

When  I am trying to add a new team member by clicking on Teams->Invite People To Jira -> input person email I am getting an error alert at the bottom left side of the page with the message: "Something went wrong, we cannot add anyone right now. Contact Support" When I try to contact the support I am redirected to this community support

What could be the problem?

Hi @Flaviu Radulescu ,

Welcome to Atlassian team!

Specifically, This issue happened in the licenses available on the instance. If you don't have any seats to invite a new users then it will show this error.

Please, go to Site administration > Billing > Manage subscription to check how many licenses you have available for each product.

If you don't add any group to this user, you will be able to invite them.
