github and jira integration doesnt work!

Hi

I had my github and jira cloud. I had both integrated , but then i had to change my password and that reset everything. 

I have tried multiple times to re-integrate them without success.

here is what i did ..going to my organizan OAUTH apps in github, create an app, get the client ID and client secret, and plug it into DVCS in applications. however the privet repoes from this organization are still not integrating in to the jira cloud!

It would be worthwhile to delete the link and try again using this documentation. It might be difficult for someone here to troubleshoot without seeing it themselves.
