good overview in Excel from Jira

Hello

How can I create an Export of a project in Jira with 500 issues of which I want to see all fields in an EXCEL EXPORT.
I have done an export in CSV but it is not readable in Excel. I would like a total overview so that I can edit it with for example a PivotTable.

Hi @Eric Roetenberg 

You could export the issues by selecting all custom fields under export option

You also have an option of an add-on to view the issues in excel

If you are ok to use a 3rd party apps, you can take look at Pivot Report for Jira we develop:



You can create basic pivot tables right in Jira or export everything you need directly as Excel file. Here's a live demo report if you want to play around on your own.

Another alternative you can try is Better Excel Exporter for Jira.

Once you collected the issues you want to export in the Issue Navigator, go ahead and choose the largest Excel icon to access the Better Excel Exporter options.
