how Activate a Popup window to enter the reason when Move Task from Over due to In Progress / Oppen

Welcome to the community!

To popup the window, while transitioning tickets from one state to another, you need to add a transition screen with the fields that you want..

1. Create a screen.
2. Add the reason field to the created screen.
3. Navigate to the project and edit the workflow.
4. Select the transition ie from over due to in-progress.
5. Add the created screen (step 1) and publish the workflow.

Once done this while transitioning ticket from Overdue to in progress it should popup the window with reason field.
