how can I allow a user, to resolve, stop or close an issue?

Admin Gestiva March 13, 2015

My problem is that the user i need  to allow to resolve, stop or close an issue is not the one who created.

The permission helper  show me the user can do it, but I don't know how to do it.

I'm a little unclear on what the problem is.  There are buttons/menus on issues that appear when someone has the permission to do something in the workflow.

If they are missing, then the user does not have the right permission.  To check what the rules are, you need to read the workflow and look for the "conditions" on the transitions they are trying to use.  (Also check that they have "can transition issue" in the permission scheme, if you  are on JIRA 6.3 or above)

Problem solved!!!

Thank you  for your help.

I check the "can transition issue" in the permission scheme, and that was my problem. The userdoesm't have that permision.
