how can a jira ticket description be posted to slack automatically

I want to be able to post JIRA ticket descriptions to a specific slack channel automatically (for tickets where i assign a specific label)

Hi @pulkit tekchandani, have you tried Webhooks from Jira to send and Incoming Webhooks on the other side to receive this kind of information?
