how can i restore the last one week back with present lose data

i took backup last week if suddenly lose one project data now then how can restore that particular project data without impact other projects, please suggest me any third party Plug-ins

If you have the complete JIRA instance backup then you need to set up another JIRA instance before you can use any app to get one project and its data. However, you can review these apps, Project Configurator for Jira or Configuration Manager for Jira for migrating project configuration and data in Jira.

Both app's available in server level only not cloud, I'm asking Jira cloud

I don't believe there is a plugin for cloud. I suggest searching the marketplace or contacting support for your cloud.  In JIRA there is no good way to retrieve anything you delete. I suggest not deleting. The forum is full of people wanting to restore deleted issues, projects, custom fields, etc. and usually there isn't a good solution.
