how can we export around 50000 issues

Hi Aakanksha, 

Exporting isn't all that difficult...although for that amount of issues it may take some time. Go to the Issues navigator "(Issues and Filters" on the left-nav), edit your filter to pull in all the issues you want to export, then click the "download" button in the top right corner and select your format, file location, etc. 

If you've already tried this please share more information on any difficulties you are having.

follow instructions mention in above link, it might help you. But, make sure that when exporting large no of issues may cause database corrupt / system crash...
