we have completed Jira integration with workplace we can share the issue with workplace but now how can we see the updations on the issue without leaving the workplace.
Hi,
What is workplace first of all? Do you mean confluence or a 3rd party product?
If the former, you can add a macro. If the latter, I would suggest look at the integration documentation to see if there is a functionality that affords you such a solution.
Rgds.
Ismael
I see you mean FB workplace.
Reading the documentation says adding the link of ticket should show what the current status of the issue is(remember to enable preview): https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/jira-cloud-for-workplace-949249756.html?_ga=2.175983522.162079313.1543784443-793101009.1523541805
Hence if the ticket link is added to workplace, if you change the status in JIRA, issue status should be updated in workplace.

We're not able to see from within Jira, all the details of where and how each of there issues have been shared within workplace.
Do we need a paid account for JIRA for this integration with workplace.

Ok, that's a bug in your workplace, if it's not re-reading Jira on refresh.

It sounds like your workplace is not reading Jira when it needs to. I don't use whatever this workplace is, so I can't really help you with it, beyond telling you what the problem looks like.
