how easily we can upgrade JIRA v7.11.0 to JIRA 7.13.5

Hi,

Currently we are using  JIRA v7.11.0, how easily we can upgrade to JIRA 7.13.5

Kindly advice about the impact of implementing the work around instead of upgrade

what about below one, o Disable the contact administrator form. o Block the /secure/admin/SendBulkMail!default.jspa endpoint from being accessed. This can be achieved by denying access in the reverse-proxy, load balancer, or Tomcat directly.

Hi Joshua,

There should be minimal impact upgrading from v7.11 to 7.13.5. You can check out the Upgrade Matrix here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrade-matrix-966063322.html. It lists out all changes / fixes with every version upgrade.

I would still advise you to test upgrading first in a test instance in case there are some custom configuration that is affected by the upgrade to 7.13.x.
